Luis sets the standard for professionalism and customer conscientiousness. He efficienty found and corrected the problem, took the time to show me the failed contactor, gave me an overall assessment of my system after some preventitive maintenance, and was very considerate throughout the process. Nice to have a cool house again and to know a trustworthy HVAC professional.

Luis Esparaza and his crew replace 2 (upstairs and downstairs) complete HVAC systems with new duct work and insulation. 2 attic spaces and new return air vents. Very large job. They began spec’ing out the project 3 days prior and sent a crew of 8 and got the job done in one day.

My A/C unit and heat pump began shutting off in the middle of the night and not coming back on until morning. I called Luis and he was out to inspect it within 2 hours. He determined there was a small amount of ice on the coils and added freon and we were cooling down within minutes. We also determined the thermostat (touch screen) was not functioning properly. Luis ordered a replacement thermostat from the manufacturer and came back the same day to install it. The price was more than reasonable and Luis made sure everything was programmed and running properly. With a terminally ill pet in the house, getting the a/c working quickly was a top priority, especially in 104 degree heat. I could not have been happier. I will definitely be using Air Smart for all our heating and a/c needs. Thanks Luis!
